Our con membership is for all 3 days. We do not do day memberships. However it is up to you on whether you want to come for 1 or 2 days of the con instead of all 3 days. I wouldn't encourage it as you would miss out on the full experience of the convention.

E-mail us at about your detail changes and we will make the amendments at our end. Do not re-register again as you will be taking up two places for no reason and we may not take this lightly at all. For badge name changes, you have ideally at least 6 weeks before the con to change it. Your request may not be entertained if it is anything less than 6 weeks.
Don't panic. E-mail us at to request for the address and our friendly Registration Officer will respond with the address. Please cite your registration sequence number as well if possible.
Again, e-mail us at to request for your registration sequence numbers, citing your full name in the process.
We intend to do payment updates on a weekly basis (every end of the week) as this is a manual exercise for us. However, if you're concerned about your payment, you may e-mail us at citing your registration sequence number if possible, to find out if we have received your payment.
Please use the Hotel Booking Form given to you. If you have lost or mislaid this please contact us and we will send you a duplicate.

Galaxy Police heroine arrives with plastic pistol in holster. APPROVED but pistol can not be waved around or pointed at people. Though can be used if posing for picture.
Skuld arrives with 6ft padded Polo stick. BANNED except for use in masquerade, as this is too unwieldy in the Con corridors.
Kenshin arrives with real Samurai Sword. BANNED. And we will ask for the Hotel to hold weapon for the duration of the con.
Basically, any pole arm of any type is banned outside of use in the masquerade. Any maces, clubs, whips, etc. are also banned unless can be secured to your costume.

Did you put Minami Con in the Subject line of your email? We do have a spam filter installed so it may have been filtered out if you did not include a valid subject line. Also, the con staff do try to find time to respond but occassionally due to other commitments in life, we do tend to slip a bit when it comes to responding to emails. Please bear with us and if you don't receive a reply within reasonable time (1-2 weeks depending on urgency), do resend your email again.
Minami Con is a con run by fans for fans. We are not a commerical entity but we do apologise if we appear lacking in professionalism sometimes. Please remember that we also have other life commitments and running Minami Con is not a full-time job for us. We do try our best to ensure that the fans enjoy themselves at the con.
